From demand letter to embarkation.
Regulatory Permission
On receipt of the Demand Letter with Power of Attorney, Bloom obtains permission from the Protector of Emigrants / Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment for recruitment of the required batch.
Candidate Sourcing
Category-wise demand is advertised in the national press and on social media with job descriptions, qualifications and experience requirements. Applications are scrutinized before interview.
Professional Placement
Professional recruitment requires careful preliminary interviewing and shortlisting. Bloom uses professional support and its own trade test centre before final selection by the employer's representative.
General Recruitment
Registered applicants and the wider pool of semi-skilled and unskilled workers can be recruited at relatively short notice, with trade testing available at Bloom's premises.
Medical Checkup
Selected persons are medically examined by qualified doctors to ensure fitness and good health for the intended employment. Medical reports are supplied as required.
Visa Formalities
Visa endorsement is obtained through the relevant embassies or consulates. The profile states that processing time varies according to workload and document readiness.
Foreign Service Agreement
The agreement records employer conditions and requirements of the Protector of Emigrants, with approved copies retained and supplied to the contracting parties.
Travel Arrangements
Seats are booked after visa endorsement. Employers are informed of arrival details in advance, and Bloom supports employees at embarkation.
